Streets, sidewalks, street signs,  customizable buildings and houses, a grass tileset, 3 unique trees, vehicles, and concepts for NPCs / Player sprites.  

You can use and modify these tiles in whatever way you like. If you do use them, crediting isn't required but greatly appreciated.  Plus I'd love to see your work with them!
